Event equipment in Palma and across the island
From Palma and Calvià to fincas near Inca, Sóller, Alcúdia or Santanyí: enter your event venue in the rental enquiry. Delivery routes, access and time windows are coordinated before approval. Even with larger quantities, your entire selection remains clear in one enquiry.
Delivery and setup service in Mallorca can be added as optional extras. In the secure customer area clarify details and track your booking status. After availability confirmation and receipt of payment, you receive your binding reservation.

Our process.
Can I rent different items and quantities together?
Yes. For example, add 100 Chiavari chairs, 12 banquet tables and two mobile bars to your rental basket. All items are requested together for the same rental period.
When is my event equipment reserved?
Your enquiry is non-binding. We first confirm availability and send the total amount with bank details. We confirm your booking once payment is received. Quantities are accounted for in the system while payment requests remain open.
How long does one rental unit cover?
The base rate covers up to three calendar days, including the first and last rental day. The base rate applies again for each additional started three-day period.
Is catering or bar staff available?
Our offer covers event supplies and equipment. Food, drinks, flowers, DJs and bar staff are not included and are arranged separately.
Is setup and dismantling available?
Yes, as an optional extra service. The price overview shows a minimum charge of €99 or 20% of the equipment rental total. We discuss special requirements before confirming availability.
