Delivery & collection
Palma €69 · Calvià and southwest €99 · Other island locations €149. Flat fees include delivery and collection. Access, stairs and special trips are coordinated before approval.
Setup & dismantling service
20% of the equipment rental total, minimum €99. This includes setting up and dismantling your booked equipment. Large tent installations, unusual ground conditions and complex technical setups are arranged individually.
One rental unit
Up to 3 calendar days, including the first and last rental day. Each additional started three-day period is charged at the base rate. Prices include VAT and standard cleaning.
Plan power and sanitation
Discover Large generators for Christmas markets and festivals and portable toilets for festivals and weddings. Fuel, electrical commissioning and additional sanitation services are arranged individually.
We will work out the details together
Include the venue, date and event type in your enquiry. Anchoring, wind conditions and suitable surfaces are essential for tents and sun protection. For sound and lighting, we need details of power connections, weather protection and intended use. Event permits and safe operation are coordinated with the organiser and venue.
